Surepath continued its long-standing relationship with The Stavola Companies by providing Owner's Agent services (i.e. no GC or CM) for their new, 10.8 acre asphalt plant in Newark, NJ.  The project emcompassed both land-side and marine-side work, including sitework, deep foundations, new bulkheads, and provisions for bulk materials to be delivered to the site by barge.  The project also involved configuring the site to accommodate a new concrete plant, which is planned for a future build.
