Surepath appreciated the opportunity to provide full Owner's Representative services for this out-of-the-ground, luxury,12-story, 506,549gsf apartment building in the heart of Newark, NJ.  Surepath oversaw both the building construction and the associated sitework.  The building includes studio, one-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, a gym, outdoor recreational space, meeting space, and retail space in Newark's historic Ironbound section.
