Surepath was honored to work once again with Live Nation, this time providing full Owner's Representation on the multi-million dollar effort to renovate the popular Jones Beach Theater venue on Long Island, NY.  This project included new, completely redesigned, theater entrances, a new box office & VIP Members Club, renovated backstage space and lounges for artists, new bars with millions of dollars in new kitchen equipment, and more.  This project not only enhanced the Customer Experience at the theater, but bolstered the venue's coastal resilience in the event of extreme weather and/or climate change-related challenges.
