Surepath is happy to be working once again with Live Nation, this time providing full Owner's Representation on the multi-million dollar effort to renovate the popular Jones Beach Theater venue.  This project includes completely redesigned, new theater entrances, a new box office & VIP Members Club, new bars with millions of dollars in new kitchen equipment, etc.  This project is intended to not only enhance the Customer Experience, but bolster the venue's coastal resilience in the event of extreme weather and/or climate change-related challenges.

Surepath welcomes the opportunity to work again with Regency Centers, providing a full suite of Owner's Representation for the complete site development of this greenfield property.  A new shopping environment in the heart of central New Jersey, Glenwood Green will have 510,000sf of retail space, spread over 11 buildings, sitting on over 48 acres of land.

Surepath appreciates working again with Spring Lake Golf Club as they celebrate 125 years of excellence in 2024. Surepath is Spring Lake's Owner's Representative and is providing project management services on a job that includes demolition, renovation, and rebuild of several of their grounds & maintenance facilities buildings.

Surepath is pleased to continue its long-standing relationship Stavola Realty Company. There is no CM or GC on this project, meaning Surepath is acting as the Owner's Agent to manage this project that will accommodate Stavola's new tennant, Ulta, at the Pond Road Plaza in Freehold, NJ.

Surepath is pleased to welcome the Fairmont Country Club, a vibrant, year-round country club, as a valued Client.  We will be providing Owner's Representative services as the Club embarks on the first phase of its Master Renovation and Enhancement Plan.  This project includes renovation of the main dining, library, and banquet spaces as well as "back of the house" improvements and a redesign of the main building's exterior and member flow.

We are proud to welcome Iovance Biotherapeutics as a Surepath Client.  Surepath is working as Iovance's Owner's Representative on a project to add biopharmaceutical manufacturing suites for the company's newly approved FDA treatment for melanoma.

Another project with our long-standing Client, Stavola Realty Company. Surepath is providing Owner's Agent (i.e. no CM or GC on the project) and project management services on this large, 26.7 acre site.  The Wayside Crossing project includes site work and out-of-the-ground building of 193,888sf of warehouse space, 10,900sf of retail space, and a gas station.
