Surepath was asked by long-term client, Novartis, to manage their new gene therapy project.  This project is critical to their growth in bio-pharmaceuticals and includes state of the art clean rooms.  Surepath is responsible for overall project management, coordination, scheduling, and managing equipment validation.

Surepath is proud to be working again with Canterbury School, another repeat Client, to manage their new 22,000sf commons building, The Steers Center.  The Steers Center is a multi-use facility that is intended to be the heart of Canterbury School's already vibrant campus.

SPRING LAKE GOLF CLUB ADDITION AND RENOVATIONS

Spring Lake, NJ

Surepath is providing Owner's Representation for Spring Lake Golf Club's major Clubhouse Addition and Renovation project.

Owner:       The Stavola Companies

Engineer:   McLaren Engineering Group

Surepath is providing Owner's Agent services (i.e. no GC or CM) for The Stavola Companies' new, 10.8 acre asphalt plant in Newark, NJ.  The project includes both land-side and marine-side work, including sitework, deep foundations, new bulkheads, and provisions for bulk materials to be delivered to the site by barge.  The project will also include configuring the site to accommodate a new concrete plant, which is planned for a future build.

Surepath is pleased to be the Owner's Representative for this large project consisting of the complete building construction and associated sitework for a new, twelve-story, 506,549gsf rental building in the heart of Newark, NJ.

1511 Wayside is a new, 29,440gsf, state-of-the-art warehouse located in Monmouth County, NJ.  There is no CM or GC on this project, and Surepath is acting as the Owner's Agent to manage the project. 

TRADER JOE'S

Freehold, NJ


Owner:        Stavola Realty Co.

Architect:   The Dietz Partnership

Surepath is happy to be working once again with our long-time Client, Stavola Realty Co., as the Owner's Representative on this commercial retail fit-out that will house a new store, Trader Joe's, upon completion.  The project includes redesigning and paving the Pond Road Plaza's parking lot to accommodate changing traffic patterns and more parking spaces.
