Surepath was pleased to welcome the Fairmont Country Club, a vibrant, year-round country club, as a valued Surepath Client in 2024.  We provided Owner's Representative services for the Club's first phase of its Master Renovation and Enhancement Plan.  This project included renovation of the main dining, library, and banquet spaces as well as "back of the house" improvements.  It also involved a redesign of the main building's exterior aesthetic and member flow function.
