Surepath provided full preconstruction and construction management services, including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, procurement and day-to-day management, for Nine on the Hudson since project inception in 2014.  Nine on the Hudson is a 13-story, 702,000sf building that contains 278 high-end condominium units along the Hudson River with upscale amenity spaces for its residents.
