Surepath was selected by Landsea Holdings to assist them with their first project on the US East Coast and helped budget, value engineer, and plan their new 11-story, 508,000sf, Avora at Port Imperial building located along the Hudson River. The building contains 184 high-end condominiums and resort style amenities housed in an unusually faceted concrete structure and glass façade.
