Surepath was hand-picked to manage to $20M renovation of the historic PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ.  The renovation offers completely new North and South Plazas at the venue, including eight new concession and restroom buldings and all the infrastructure associated with them. Surepath was also tasked with coordinating the replacement of over 2200 seats in the venue and handling the full effort to plan, purchase, and install over $2M of food service equipment on behalf of Live Nation.

 

The work was subject to a tight schedule during the PNC Bank Arts Center's eight month off season.  Surepath worked through the pandemic to get the venue open to support Live Nation's original plan for Summer 2020 shows and visitors.
