Continuing Surepath’s strong relationship with Molloy College as their Owner’s Representative, Surepath provided full preconstruction and construction management services for The Hagan Center, Molloy’s newest and most technologically advanced academic building.  The Hagan Center, a $24MM, 50,000sf facility, features the latest technology in its classrooms and clinical laboratories.  Its simulation lab includes state-of-the-art simulator men/women and children mannequins, allowing students to learn and practice clinical procedures.  The Hagan Center also offers additional classroom space, conference rooms, extra student gathering and study space, a telepresence room, a computer laboratory, and a healing garden.
