Surepath proudly continued its long-standing relationship with Molloy College, serving as Owner's Representative for Molloy College's third, on-campus residence facility, Bogner Hall.  The 100-bed, steel and concrete building was prefabricated offsite with modules transported, then stacked and joined at the project site.  Bogner Hall opened on schedule in time for students to move in for the 2019/2020 school year.
