As Molloy College’s Owner’s Representative, Surepath provided full preconstruction and construction management services for the Public Square project over a period of three years. The Public Square became the new center of campus and includes music classrooms, faculty office space, the campus bookstore, a new café, the information commons, an art gallery, and the campus data center.  Surepath ensured that this important project came in under budget and on time for Molloy College’s use in the 2011/2012 school year.
