Surepath provided a full suite of Owner's Representative services for Building 335 - an $86M, five-story, 140,000sf custom office building filled with the highest level of finishes available.  This unique building included an unusual structural system with the perimeter of the building hung from massive 100’ long steel roof girders.  The curtainwall was custom designed and contained special glass from Germany, and the interiors included acoustical plaster ceilings, custom light fixtures, extensive custom millwork, and stone quarried in the Arctic Circle.  Novartis’ Building 335 won the Engineering News Record’s 2014 Project of the Year award.
