Surepath was chosen by Post Brothers to assist them on this 12-story, 5,270,000sf, high-end apartment building with 321 units.  Since this is the first property for Post Brothers in New Jersey, they were looking for a firm with a high level of construction expertise coupled with local knowledge.  Surepath fit the bill perfectly and has performed project management, acquisition assistance, scheduling and quality control services during the project.
