Surepath was hired by Spring Lake Golf Club as a result of a referral from one of our long-time Clients.  Surepath provided Owner's Representation for Spring Lake Golf Club's Clubhouse Addition and Renovation project, a major transformation which enabled this private institution to continue offering a thriving, premier environment for its Members.

Club facilities remained open during this significant renovation, which included the complete metamorphosis of all interior dining & social spaces (including banquet facilities), the addition of new outdoor gathering and dining areas, and the improvement of functional, exterior elements. 

 

Surepath was responsible for estimating, the CM bid process, preparation and evaluation of the project schedule, managing the project budget, and full Owner’s Representation during construction.
