Surepath was happy to work once again with our long-time Client, Stavola Realty Co., as the Owner's Representative on this commercial retail fit-out for a new store, Trader Joe's, in Freehold, NJ.  The project included redesigning and paving the Pond Road Plaza's parking lot to accommodate changing traffic patterns and more parking spaces.
