Another successful project with our long-standing Client, Stavola Realty Company.  Surepath provided Owner's Agent (i.e. no CM or GC on the project) and project management services on this large, 26.7 acre site.  The Wayside Crossing project included site work and out-of-the-ground building of 193,888sf of warehouse space, 10,900sf of retail space, and a gas station.
