Surepath was selected to be the Owner's Representative for Webb Institute's new, on-campus academic building.  The Couch Academic Center is a two-story, 30,000sf building covered by an extensive green roof, taking the place of an existing, tiered terrace so that the building seems to disappear into the historic landscape.  The Couch Academic Center provides state-of-the art classroom, meeting, and laboratory space for Webb Institute's students.
