Founded in 2007, Surepath has worked with a variety of well-known clients as their Owner's Representative on over 88 construction projects, totaling more than 5M square feet and valued in excess of $1.5B. The projects range from small tenant improvements to large, out of the ground buildings.

 

Prior to establishing Surepath, Andrew Messinger spent three years with a large, industrial design-build firm, followed by an additional thirteen years with the largest commercial builder in the country. During that time, Andrew was in charge of complex construction projects totaling over 1M square feet of new space valued in excess of $275M.

 

Andrew carefully ensures that Surepath develops positive relationships with its clients by providing personalized, professional Owner's Representative construction services. On all Surepath projects, clients have direct and continuous access to Andrew and other principal level professionals at all stages of the project. This approach has yielded on-time, on-budget project success for Surepath clients in a variety of markets.

 

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and has been a LEED accredited professional since 2004. Andrew also taught for Rutgers University's Center for Continuing Professional Development in their Construction Management Certificate Program.
